The PokerStars Regional Championships of Online Poker (COOP) is a tournament series that allows players to compete within their own region for poker glory. PokerStars has broken the world up into 13 different regions, each having its own individual tournament schedule and qualifying structure. All regional events are available in a wide range of buy-ins and games giving everyone the opportunity to participate.
The 13 global regions include: USA, Canada, Alpine, Nordics, Benelux, Baltics, Russian Open, UK & Ireland, Iberia, Asia Pacific, Mediterranean and Central & Eastern Europe. Each region has its own tournament schedule and Main Event. The tournament buy-ins for the Regional COOPs range from $11 up to $530 and players may qualify for tournaments via PokerStars satellites. Succeed in qualifying for one of the Regional COOP events and you will find yourself in the company of other players in your region vying for a coveted Regional COOP title.
